In his 2024 State of the City address, Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced Syracuse would begin a Syracuse Hometown Heroes banner program. Hometown Heroes is now underway in Syracuse!
30” by 60” banners for veterans and active duty military – our Hometown Heroes will be hung on street lights in the City of Syracuse from early August to just after Veterans Day. The pictures on this page show samples of Syracuse Hometown Heroes Banners.
